Fuse Circus

On the 4th of Feb 2010 Dave took us to the buskers. It was called Fuse Circus and the scenery was based on a ship. The people did the most amazing acrobatics including swinging on sheets, trapezes and ropes, standing on tables and on top of each other's shoulders. They had a fight over the wheel and were being really funny. After they sighted land and finished the show they brought out the buckets and the 1st mate said "if you put $10 in the buckets the crew will get a coffee, if you put $50 in the buckets the crew will get lunch and if $100 in the buckets you'll get to go home with Lila!" (Lila was one of the acrobats.) He he he :)
I couldn't wait to see the rest of the buskers!

Room 2 River Sculpture

A few weeks ago at the beginning of term Dave took us down to the Maitai River and we built a river sculpture. It was a circle of rocks in the middle of the river. Afterwards Dave  told us that he did it a couple of years ago and no one knew who had done it!
